Neon Drift Rally

Neon Drift Rally is pure arcade racing joy. There's no pretense of simulation here. You tilt or tap to steer, hold to drift, and the whole thing is about stringing together long slides through neon-soaked city tracks.

The drift system is the star. Chain drifts to build boost, and the sense of speed when you dump a full meter is fantastic. I kept replaying tracks just to beat my own line, which is the sign of a racer that's got the feel right.

Track variety is good, and the unlockable cars actually handle differently rather than just looking different. The soundtrack is a synthwave loop that burrowed into my head for a week. Controls take a race or two to settle into, then it's smooth.
